Your data, your call

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, or tell us to stop sending you marketing. Use this form and we will act on it.

Why we ask for both

We verify your email address and your phone number before acting. Handing someone your data because they knew your email address would itself be a breach — and so would erasing your records because somebody else asked us to.

Phone we hold for you

We answer the same way whether or not we hold anything for you, so this form cannot be used to find out whether someone is a client of ours.

Some records cannot be erased. Signed agreements, invoices and payment records are kept for the period the Income Tax and GST rules require, and a tax invoice must identify its customer. If you ask for erasure we will tell you exactly what was removed and what had to stay.

Not satisfied with how we handle it? You can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
