DigitalPhy Media is a digital marketing agency offering services including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, website development, content creation, branding, and related digital solutions. All services are delivered as per the agreed scope, proposal, and timelines.

2. Payments

• All payments are to be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments once made are non-transferable.
• Delay or non-payment may lead to service pause or termination.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, and required assets on time. DigitalPhy Media is not liable for delays caused due to lack of inputs or approvals from the client.

4. No Guarantee

Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors such as market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and client cooperation. DigitalPhy Media does not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, or revenue.

5. Intellectual Property

All strategies, creatives, designs, content, and materials remain the property of DigitalPhy Media until full payment is received.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice as per agreed terms. No refunds will be applicable for completed or ongoing work.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigitalPhy Media shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under Bangalore jurisdiction.
