Cancellation and Refund Policy

At DigitalPhy Media, we strive to maintain transparency in our billing and service practices. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation of services within 24 hours (1 day) from the date of payment.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via official communication channels such as email or written confirmation.
  • Cancellation requests raised after 24 hours from the payment date will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are eligible only if submitted within 24 hours (1 day) from the date of payment.
  • After the 24-hour window, no refunds will be issued.
  • If work has already started, resources have been allocated, or services have been delivered (partially or fully), the payment becomes non-refundable.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Delays caused by third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.).
  • Performance-related expectations such as leads, rankings, traffic, or sales.
  • Failure to provide timely inputs, approvals, or cooperation from the client.
  • Services already delivered or in progress.

DigitalPhy Media reserves the right to evaluate and approve or reject refund requests as per this policy.
