Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice to DigitalPhy Media. Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent period.
Refunds are not typically provided for services rendered. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, clients must contact our support team within 7 days of payment, providing a detailed explanation of the reason for the request.
Some services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to, one-time setup fees, custom development work, and digital marketing campaigns already in progress.
